Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You’ll assist with daily activities, follow care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in conversations and activities.

In Memory Care, you’ll create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss while collaborating with families and care leaders. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable time.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
