hce-careers is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide flexible in-home senior support in Redlands, CA. You’ll set your own hours with weekday, evening, and weekend blocks. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for skill growth within a small team.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship, helping clients maintain dignity and independence at home.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or plan to earn within 30 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching everyday life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care with Dignity: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Healthy Meals & Homes: prepare simple, nutritious meals; tidy living spaces and light laundry.
• Daily Mobility & Exercise: support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches.
• Medication Reminders: keep clients on schedule and note wellness changes.
• Meaningful Companionship: share conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
