Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Florida is seeking a part-time caregiver to help families by providing compassionate, non-medical care in clients' homes. You will offer companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

This role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay with time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, direct deposit, and paid orientation plus ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or similar role preferred.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• Willingness to participate in orientation and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
