Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Alvin is looking for a compassionate Part-time Caregiver to provide in-home support in Alvin, TX. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship, while building trust with clients and their families.

You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other members of our team to ensure that each individual receives the care and respect they deserve.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring open communication and trust
• Work closely with other members of our team, including nurses, therapists, and other caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the field
• Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans
