Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking an Echocardiographer/Cardiac Sonographer to perform diagnostic echocardiography exams and document findings in the EMR. You will schedule tests, maintain a clean lab, and take vital signs while applying ASE guidelines.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in Echocardiography with internship hours, RDCS/RCS certification (or plans to obtain), and CPR certification, with at least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RDCS or RCS certification required or obtained after hire for new grads.
• Associate’s degree in Echocardiography with internship hours completed.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete echocardiography exams.
• Maintain a clean lab environment and proper patient positioning.
• Document in EMR and record vital signs.
• Flag significant findings with critical thinking.
• Participate in educational meetings and quality initiatives.
• Stay current with ASE guidelines.
