Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in retail stores across your assigned territory. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, build retailer relationships, and ensure optimal product placement and inventory levels using a mobile device.

The role includes supporting seasonal resets and installations, collaborating with store teams, and occasionally working with other brands.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and internet (for device use).
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and report time.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations and remodeling tasks; may be notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with fellow merchandisers to support territories as needed.
