Planet 13 Florida is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Largo to provide excellent customer service, education, and solutions for customers seeking cannabis products. You will greet customers, verify IDs, and make product recommendations based on physician guidance.

The role involves dispensing products, handling payments, and managing online orders. Training is provided; prior cannabis dispensary experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ direct customer service experience in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness.
• 21 years or older.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide information to customers.
• Verify customer ID and cannabis card status.
• Discuss and recommend products based on physician’s recommendation.
• Access and utilize the state MMUR in dispensing products.
• Dispense medication and process payments via POS or delivery.
• Maintain online pick-up orders and related tasks.
