Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail and guest services.
• Passion for medical cannabis.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service oriented and team centered with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional patient experience, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
• Educates patients on products and medicinal qualities.
• Maintains knowledge of all dispensary products and effects.
• Assists patients with product recommendations within state law.
• Processes sales orders accurately in the POS system.
• Maintains cash drawer accuracy and updates inventory records.
• Supports team during peak business volume and maintains dispensary cleanliness and confidentiality.
• Participates in meetings and performs assigned dispensary side duties.
