Trulieve in Tucson, AZ is hiring part-time Dispensary Associates to provide compassionate customer service, educate patients about cannabis products, and ensure compliance with state regulations in a fast-growing medical cannabis industry.

The Dispensary Associate will guide customers on their cannabis journey, speak knowledgeably about products and effects, and process purchases while maintaining a clean, stocked workstation and following company policies.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients about cannabis products and potential effects.
• Process patient orders and handle returns according to policy.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation and assist with online orders/ deliveries when needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and document customer issues.
