Job summary

Sodexo, at West Virginia University's Mountaineer Field, is seeking a Food Supervisor to join our on-site team in Morgantown. This part-time position supports management, coordinates routine food service activities across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias and events.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
