Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining serving temperatures.
• Maintains hygiene and clean storage per safety standards; reports maintenance or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety guidelines.
