St. Michael-Albertville School District High School in Saint Michael, MN is hiring a Response Paraprofessional (Cafeteria Supervision). The role supervises students in the cafeteria to maintain a safe, orderly environment and protects student confidentiality under FERPA.

Start date August 27, 2026; contract 183 days; schedule Monday–Friday, 2.5 hours per day; FTE 0.3125 (12.5 hours per week). Starting rate $18.58 per hour with no standard benefits beyond earned Safe and Sick Time.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of post-secondary education or successful completion of a valid and reliable formal assessment as identified by the school district or State; ability to work with staff to provide services to students in skill deficient areas.
• Effective collaboration with staff to support students in skill-deficient areas.

• Supervise students in the cafeteria to maintain a safe and orderly environment; protect confidentiality of student information under FERPA.
