You will maintain a clean, organized cafe, assist guests, and provide knowledge of menu items and hotel amenities. The role requires reliable cash handling, adherence to safety standards, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays.
• Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant.
