Job summary

MIDTOWN is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate to craft smoothies and beverages, assemble menu items, and deliver high-quality food to members in a welcoming café environment.

You will engage with members, guide menu options, ensure accurate orders, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while building genuine connections with the team.

What You'll Do

Our Food & Beverage Associates are people persons to their core - motivated by helping others, passionate about food, and energized by meaningful connections.

As an integral part of our F&B team, you'll play an active role in the full guest experience by preparing and assembling menu items, crafting smoothies and beverages, and delivering high-quality food with consistency and care.

You'll engage with members, guide them through menu options, and ensure every order is executed accurately while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment.

The Other Stuff

Our food and beverage team is on stage, on time and ready to deliver our best work. We anticipate problems and do our best to take preventative measures for our members. At times, we host member events that include the food & beverage department.

Compensation

Compensation: $15 - $17/hr
