Qualifications

• Related Degree, Credential, and/or Occupational Experience in: Business, Business Management, Leadership, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related Business Ownership/License.
• Qualifications can vary by course level. Additional experience may be required, including but not limited to master’s degree or industry experience related to courses taught.
• CTE credential required within one year to teach Career and Technical Education courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in all levels of Business Writing and Communication, including certificate and/or transfer levels.
• Develop innovative curriculum in collaboration with colleagues to meet diverse student needs.
• Focus on student retention and success using effective teaching strategies and technology.

Education

Associate degree + 4000 hours (within 7 years)

Bachelor’s or Master’s with 18 discipline credits + 2000 hours (within 7 years)
