You will support Mercy Street's mission by modeling safe driving, professional interaction with youth and families, and timely completion of routes and logs. Hours vary with programming and events; pay ranges $20–$22 per hour.

• Ability to pass criminal background checks, DOT drug/alcohol tests, and physicals.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus, shuttle bus, van, or other multi-passenger vehicle along designated routes safely.
• Maintain safety and acceptable behavior on the vehicle and supervise boarding/exiting.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for mechanical safety, fuel levels, and cleanliness.
• Obey all traffic laws and Mercy Street policies; manage emergencies if required.
• Complete daily records, including student counts and route documentation.
• Report delays, discipline issues, and maintenance needs to supervisors.
