Job summary

Midwest Transit Equipment seeks a qualified Part-Time Bus Delivery Driver for our Kankakee, IL location. The driver will work with the delivery team to ensure safe, on-time deliveries and uphold the company’s professional image.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Valid Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement
• Comply with Department of Transportation standards
• Drives bus in accordance to established safety procedures
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the bus as needed
• Prepare and maintains records in accordance to the standards and regulations established by DOT
• Assist with Parts Delivery as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, accurate, on-time bus deliveries to customers
• Represent Midwest Transit Equipment in a professional, courteous manner
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the team to maximize efficiency
• Assist with parts delivery when needed
