Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Missouri is seeking a Budtender to greet patients, assist with product selections, and ensure a premier patient experience in a compliant retail space.

You will advise on cannabis products based on needs and budgets, process payments, maintain a clean store, check IDs, and stay informed on new products and trends. Prior Budtender experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Proven Budtender experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state-issued card.
• Solid knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Collaborates well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a wonderful experience.
• Advise patients on suitable cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Keep up to date with new products and industry trends.
• Process patient payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized store.
• Educate patients on safe use of cannabis products.
• Weigh, package and label products per requirements.
• Check IDs to verify legal age and credentials.
• Take inventory and ensure shelves are stocked.
