Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Worthington, OH, is seeking a part-time RN instructor to teach clinicals/labs on campus and in clinic settings. The role involves 2-3 days per week with day-time scheduling and comprehensive training on curriculum and standards.

You will grade assignments, track attendance in campus software, and support externship activities while fostering a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, BSN or higher
• Two or more years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
• Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio
• Daytime availability
• Must be able to teach at the campus and off-site clinicals
• Adhere to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics

Responsibilities

• Teach clinicals/labs - 2-3 days a week - in person at the campus and clinic locations
• Instruct students in the Ross curriculum, review lesson plans and prepare for class instruction
• Grade and electronically record assignments, attendance, and proficiency outcomes in campus management software
• Actively promote student retention and support externship activities as applicable
