Job summary

KOAM TV is seeking a part-time Technical Media Operator to support programming across multiple shifts. The role involves monitoring live and pre-recorded content, ingesting commercials, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth broadcasts.

The position requires flexibility to work overnights and weekends as needed, with on-site duties at KOAM TV in the 4-States region. Training will be provided and prior broadcast experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Broadcast television, video, audio and computer experience is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills with clear conveyance of information and attention to detail.
• Applicants must be able to work overnights and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to maintain programming and fix issues.
• Monitor multiple programs.
• Maintain FCC, Deviation, and other logs as required.
• Ingest commercials, spots, or other materials for programming.
