Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown is seeking a part-time Food Server to greet guests, ensure a positive breakfast experience, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

You will replenish food and beverages, manage seating requests, and follow safety policies while upholding appearance standards. Previous serving experience is a plus; flexibility for weekends and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Good verbal communication and positive interpersonal skills.
• Previous serving experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet all guests with genuine hospitality and friendliness.
• Ensure guests have a positive and memorable breakfast experience.
• Control flow of guests in breakfast dining room and seating requests.
• Maintain working area clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure food and beverages are replenished and presented properly.
• Assist with quality and presentation issues and kitchen/dining cleanliness.
• Maintain neat uniform and appearance at all times.
• Work safely, report safety issues immediately to supervisor.
• Adhere to hotel policies and job duties as required.
