You will lead a team, maintain a customer-focused sales floor, and drive results through planning and execution, while upholding inclusive values and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert for families across sizes.
• Welcome customers and explain product features, styles, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Model service standards and omni‑channel experience; coach others to success.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, drive results, respond to customer concerns with resolution.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
