You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help families prepare for everyday moments from preemie to school age. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while delivering outstanding service across omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coach teammates.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel).
