Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will lead a team, coach on product styles, and ensure an inclusive, high-service environment on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include driving omni-channel service, executing business focus areas, and fostering loyalty through Carter’s programs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment on the sales floor.

• Perform Leader on Duty duties by resolving customer concerns timely.
• Use feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
