Job summary

Carter's in the United States is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain our baby essentials, and help prepare for the first day of school.

You will lead a small team on the sales floor, coach as needed, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, and availability for days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
Lead and coach store team to achieve sales goals and uphold service standards.
Partner with Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
Drive results in assigned business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
Support Asset Protection and loss prevention with consistent customer service and safety.
