Chico's Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience in Queenstown, MD. You will engage customers with personalized service, explain loyalty programs, and help maintain a visually appealing store aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include replenishing stock, supporting merchandising, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $15.00–$18.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting hospitality.
