Job summary

Carter's in Round Rock is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, showcase baby essentials, and lead a small team on the selling floor.

You will coach staff, maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment, and help drive store performance through planned activities. Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit.
