Job summary

A retail brand is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to enhance the shopping experience for customers. You'll engage with guests, assist in finding products, and promote brand loyalty. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
