Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking applicants in Minnesota for an in-store event role. You will engage customers, promote brands through live events and sampling, and help deliver memorable shopping experiences. No prior experience required as training and team support are provided.

You will work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, and be part of a safety-first retail team with opportunities for growth and internal promotion. Benefits are available to customize for families.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and teammates.
