You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate with teammates across Salesfloor, Fit Room, Stockroom. The role emphasizes energetic, guest-focused service and a strong commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team in achieving store goals.
