Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Brand Ambassador to engage customers inside Whole Foods in Cleveland, OH. You’ll drive sales by sampling food and adult beverages and connecting shoppers with new products.

Ideal candidates are 21+, reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 6 hours, and comfortable using a smartphone to record shifts. Training is provided and additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside Whole Foods to drive product sampling and add-on sales.
• Represent the brand and explain features of products to shoppers.
• Record shift activities using a smartphone or tablet as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety guidelines.
