• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Flexibly work in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policies.
• Assist team members in tasks.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
