Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and are full of energy.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience or are eager to learn.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Be a team player and contribute to team success.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
