Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexibly work in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Assist the team in achieving goals.
