Job summary

The Manufacturers' Association is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Box Truck Driver for local and regional pickups within roughly a 200‑mile radius. This part-time, on-call role offers flexibility for those who enjoy being on the road and serving customers.

Responsibilities include safely operating a company box truck, loading and unloading with the team, and maintaining vehicle safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license in good standing.
• 2–5 years experience driving a box truck; CDL A/B not required.
• Clean and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable with strong attendance.
• Professional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must successfully complete a Company-designated medical certification examination.
• Ability to load, secure, and unload materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Company box truck for local and regional pickups.
• Travel within approximately a 200-mile radius of the Company\'s location.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials as required (with other team members).
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report safety concerns.
• Complete required delivery and pickup documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and Company personnel.
• Follow all applicable traffic, safety, and Company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including moving inventory and organizing stock.

About the Position

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Box Truck Driver to make local and regional pickups within approximately a 200-mile radius. This is a part-time, on-call position that is ideal for someone looking for flexible work and who enjoys being on the road.

The driver will operate a company box truck to pick up and transport materials, products, and equipment while providing professional service to customers and representing the Company in a positive manner.

• Safely operate a Company box truck for local and regional pickups
• Travel within approximately a 200-mile radius of the Company's location
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials as required (with other team members)
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report any maintenance or safety concernsComplete required delivery and pickup documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and Company personnel
• Follow all applicable traffic, safety, and Company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including moving inventory and organizing stock

Driver Requirements

• Verification of a valid driver's license
• Review of the applicant's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Successful completion of the Company's required medical certification examination through an occupational medical provider
• Meeting all applicable federal, state, and Company requirements for operating the assigned vehicle

Schedule

This is a part-time, on-call position. Hours and assignments will vary based on Company needs. Candidates must be available to accept assignments with reasonable advance notice when possible.
