Qualifications

• Valid Illinois driver's license.
• Clean driving record, subject to verification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Delivery, courier, box truck or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-owned 16-foot Ford box truck between designated locations.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries safely and on time.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Verify shipment contents and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with shipping and receiving personnel as needed.
• Refuel the truck using a company-issued fuel card.

We are currently seeking a dependable Part-Time Box Truck Driver to support scheduled deliveries between our Huntley and DeKalb facilities. This position offers a predictable schedule, local routes, and no loading or unloading responsibilities.

A typical day as a Part-Time Box Truck Driver can include:

• Drive a company-owned 16-foot Ford box truck between designated locations
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries safely and on time
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Verify shipment contents and delivery documentation
• Communicate with shipping and receiving personnel as needed
• Refuel the truck using a company-issued fuel card

Required Education & Experience:

• Valid Illinois driver's license
• Clean driving record, subject to verification through MOTUS
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Previous delivery, courier, box truck, or commercial driving experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to safely operate a box truck in varying weather and traffic conditions

Compensation Range

The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

Part-time hours = 2-3 days per week, 3-6 hours per day,
Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
