Job description

Keystone Achievements is seeking a BCBA for one of our three locations and an opportunity to be a part of a visionary and growing company in Colorado Springs, CO. Keystone practices trauma informed‑care and is committed to ethical, child‑focused, clinical care. Keystone’s clinical programs are individualized to each family, with therapy occurring in one of our centers or via a combination of in‑home, in‑center, and community visits. Sessions run Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, leaving evenings and weekends open for a healthy work/life balance. We take a whole‑person approach to ABA, integrating physical wellness, self‑care, mindfulness, and cognitive and language development.

Qualifications for BCBA
  • BCBA certification.
  • Meets BACB supervision standards.
  • Experience working with children ages 2‑20 with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
  • Experience in behavioral assessment, treatment, and report writing.
  • Experience with assessment protocols such as Vineland, VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS (strongly preferred).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to support teamwork, staff development, quality services, and family engagement.
  • Self‑awareness of personal bias.
  • Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills aligned with Keystone’s clinical approach.
Leadership Responsibilities for BCBA
  • Embrace the therapeutic philosophy and organizational culture of compassion and self‑development.
  • Mentor new BCBAs.
  • Lead the clinical team at the assigned center.
  • Facilitate a collaborative, high‑quality, positive staff experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics developed in collaboration with leadership.
  • Maintain open communication and transparency with families.
  • Promote camaraderie, compassion, and learning among the team.
  • Engage families with compassion and resolve parent concerns.
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff.
Other Requirements for BCBA
  • Must pass a national and local background check.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Moderate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
  • Commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and a positive supportive culture for all staff.

Job Type: Part‑time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
