Main Event in Avon, OH is seeking a Part-Time Party Host to welcome birthday parties, manage activities, and ensure a fun, safe experience for guests. You will handle setup, monitor events, and assist the party planner while delivering great service.

No mandatory prior food/bev experience is required; a guest-focused mindset, teamwork, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential. Availability on days, nights, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset, We heart our Guests!
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serve as their Host throughout activities.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with guests during the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate needs, and assist the party parent/planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake, process payments as needed.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the event.
