Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and archive human blood and tissue samples.
• Perform basic molecular biology tasks including PCR and immunoassays.
• Conduct rudimentary bioinformatics analyses.
• Carry out basic tissue culture to generate primary cells or maintain existing cell lines.
• Assist with mouse weaning and genotyping.
• Prepare cells for flow cytometry analysis.
• Support other related duties as assigned.
