Job summary

Citi in San Jose is seeking a Part Time Teller (20 hours) at the EastRidge branch. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, accurate service and handling routine transactions with accuracy.

You will learn Citi's digital tools, identify referral opportunities, and support branch goals while complying with policies and controls. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; bilingual Vietnamese is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions accurately and manage cash for the branch.
• Identify referral opportunities for Citi products and services.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet client needs and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and branch offerings.
