Job summary

Wis-Pak/WP Beverage is seeking a dedicated account associate to professionally execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies within assigned accounts in Stoughton, WI. You will ensure proper stock levels on shelves, displays, and back rooms while pursuing additional shelf and cooler space and maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• High school diploma and English literacy required.
• Attention to detail with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends when needed.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License and maintain personal auto insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and pull loads up to 220 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while maintaining service levels within assigned accounts.
• Maintain shelf, cooler, displays, back rooms and point-of-purchase areas.
• Aggressively pursue incremental shelf, display and cooler space.
• Minimize out-of-date product and damage within accounts.
• Work with the account team to recognize opportunities and resolve issues.
• Drive profitable growth through beverage distribution and superior customer service.
