Responsibilities

• Has knowledge of all menus and specials
• Keeps updated on liquor, beer and wine offerings
• Records all food and beverage sales accurately
• Operates beverage cart and clubhouse service to create memorable guest experiences
• Greets guests warmly and uses their name when possible
• Provides attentive service and completes orders accurately
• Obtains and manages cart bank; checks fuel and fluid levels
• Maintains inventory, carts, and general cleanliness
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager on duty
