Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent Anheuser-Busch InBev across various accounts in New Jersey. You’ll attend scheduled accounts, engage consumers with samples, and help educate customers about the products.

Applicants must be college-enrolled, 20+, able to lift 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and possess 1+ year of brand ambassador or bartending experience. Availability Wed-Sun evenings is required. Competitive hourly pay and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the college advertised in the job.
• Must be 20 years or older due to alcohol dispensing requirements.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• 1 year plus Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience (on-premise sampling a plus).
• Daily access to a PC with internet/email access.
• Available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings.
• Passion for meeting new people and evangelizing products.
• Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Complete 3 events on a nightly basis.
• Arrive in designated apparel with required items.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on products.
• Formulate and maintain strong communication with customers.
• Complete activation recaps.
• Provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sales of brand products.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas.
• Represent the company and its products to media and customers positively.
