The Behavioral Health Specialist at COPE Community Services, Inc. will supervise clients and assist with daily living activities as part of the treatment team in Tucson, AZ. This entry-level, part-time role supports educational and recovery groups, activities, and therapy sessions while implementing each client’s treatment plan.

Shifts include Wednesday 12:00pm–6:00pm and Thursday–Saturday 6:00am–6:00pm. A high school diploma or GED is required; higher degrees or certifications are preferred for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required for the entry level.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or an Associate degree with behavioral health experience, or related combinations.

Responsibilities

• The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team.
• Supervise and facilitate daily milieu of programs/services, including activities of daily living, groups, and activity therapy.
• Read and implement a client’s treatment plan; provide positive cues and redirection.
