Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years' experience in children's behavioral health, with supervision plan.
• 60 college credits in related field (social/human services/education) with supervision plan.
• 90 college credits in unrelated field with supervision plan.
• BHP Level 2 requires a Bachelor's in social services or health education, or in an unrelated field.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based support to clients and their families.
• Assist clients with emotional and behavioral barriers affecting daily living.
• Implement goals, objectives and interventions from individualized treatment plans.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation.

Education
