Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a part-time caregiver to support children with autism in home visits and occasional center sessions. Schedule includes weekdays 3:30pm–8pm, up to 20 hours, with daily pay access and a base rate of $21–$28 per hour (Spanish speakers earn an extra $0.50 per hour).

No certification required; 6+ months experience with kids counts. Benefits include health, dental, vision based on hours, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or voluntary).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.

• Help kids learn through play and everyday activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress.
• Stay active and engage during sessions.
• Keep records of activities and progress as trained.
