Zusammenfassung

ACES is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings. You will reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based ABA techniques, track progress with our data systems, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.

The role starts part-time (approximately 15 hours/week) with opportunities to increase hours as needed. We offer a $1/hour raise after the first year in good standing and provide paid RBT certification

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication with children and families.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology (iPad) for data tracking.
