Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 support for children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA plans under supervision and help clients grow through structured, engaging activities.

Positions start part-time (15–20 hours/week) with a path to full-time, offering paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to advance. The role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
  • Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
