Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service in our Georgetown store. You will engage with Salon professionals, educate customers on promotions, and ensure smooth store operations, including inventory and merchandising.

This role requires weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. We offer growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA, continuous product education, and a friendly, creative team environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship offered.

• Wow the customer– Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals.
• Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, events and products; replenish merchandise and participate in inventories.
• Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers.
