Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join part-time, delivering excellent customer service and helping customers select tanning and skincare products. You will meet sales goals, educate clients, and maintain a clean salon in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

You will benefit from base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, a flexible schedule, and employee discounts, with chances for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
